Yesterday I posted a set of 11 factual questions about the finances of Unity08, the organization that says it will nominate a Republican-Democratic presidential ticket for 2008 on the basis of the will of the people and its own supersecret proprietary online vote. These questions appeal to Unity08’s own words, with which they call for a “spirit of greater financial transparency, which is sorely lacking in politics today” and proclaim that “Transparency is essential to the public’s trust.”
I posted the questions a little more than a day ago over at their website, and then waited for a response.
There has been, of course, no response.
It’s also been two months and ten days since Unity08 last updated its “monthly” financial disclosure of donors over $200.
What do you think will happen tomorrow?
