No Time for McCain to Debate, Just Time to Meet Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild

John McCain doesn’t want to debate with Barack Obama. He says he just doesn’t have the time. John McCain says that he has to rush off to Washington DC right when the debate would be and, um, singlehandedly save the entire country right then and there.

Funny thing. John McCain doesn’t have time to debate Barack Obama, but he does have time to meet Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild of the Ascott Estate in Buckinghamshire, England. She’s the one who said of Barack Obama, “Frankly, I don’t like him. I feel like he is an elitist.”

All a matter of priorities. Aristocrats rank higher than debates.

Poor Dems, all ruffled over the person who was for Hillary and Knows Nobama is a wash and will not support him.

By Nobama not going back to the Senate in the middle of this economic crisis makes him look like a freshman senator not doing his Job as usual. As all your Democrat majority looks in first place.

This is a foreign policy debate you knuckle heads, your guy is not going to look good on the outset anyhow, there is no way you already loose as he opposed and continually said the surge would not and did not work, which it did. We are a sovereign Nation who has not succumbed to the socialism your party which wants to ultimately take us to it’s crescendo which is God-less “Communism.”

  • McCain hasn’t been bothered to vote in the Senate since April 8th. http://nonefor.blogspot.com/2008/08/why-cant-mccain-vote.html How is he gonna fix this? Can he even find Capitol Hill? Can he find his way to his Senate offices?

This is a political game and he should be smacked for even trying this.

To the anonymous first poster here.

first off McCain (and Obama) have ZERO to do with the forming of this legislation and as such have nothing to do in Washington regarding this bill, except vote which McCain has not done in something like 8 months.

secondly, that McCain would “beat” Obama in the debate is questionable. McCain has a huge problem speaking off the cuff. Like Bush he has to follow a written speech or he sticks his foot in his mouth.

third and most important is that the debate topic could very easily be changed or expanded to include this very important issue. McCain however would have an even bigger problen with it because of his past voting record and many of his personal and political connections to Freddie and Fannie, including the employement by them of members of his campaign.
