Palinism of the Day: I Read All the Newspapers and Magazines

Interview of September 29, 2008 in Columbus, Ohio:

Katie Couric: When it comes to establishing your worldview, I was curious, what newspapers and magazines did you regularly read before you were tapped for this to stay informed and to understand the world?

Sarah Palin: I’ve read most of them, again with a great appreciation for the press, for the media.

Couric: What, specifically?

Palin: Um, all of them.

That’s right, all of them!

Sarah Palin has to be up on all the news in case Putin rears his head. LOL!

  2. Laura says:

For crying out loud, she can’t even be specific on THAT?! Probably because it’s apparent that she actually didn’t read any — that’s why she can’t come up with any publication names. Uh, sure, she reads ALL of them, yet still is completely clueless as to what’s going on the the world.

  3. Juniper says:

No, no. It’s true. Sarah Palin has a special room in her Governor’s mansion where all the newspapers and magazines from all around the world are piled up. Once a week, Sarah Palin “reads” them. She walks into the room, and squints.

  4. Cliff says:

I believe Puting has already reared his ugly head in Georgia!

  5. Cliff says:

    Sorry –
    I mean Putin.

  6. HareTrinity says:

ALL of them? Maybe her seeming lack of understanding is caused by sleep deprivation.
