A Toilet More Credible Than An Ex-President?

Potty mouth media analysis: Yesterday, I made two videos speaking on pretty much the same subject matter. One was of an animated talking toilet, and the other was of an animated picture of Chester A. Arthur. Both concerned new accusations against the National Security Agency, alleging that the NSA used electronic espionage tactics against American journalists and other groups of people completely unconnected to terrorism.

Guess which video has received more views so far. Yes, it’s the talking toilet, by more than 8-to-1.

Maybe there are other factors at work, such as the keywords that I used, or the time of publication. Nonetheless, I am tempted to conclude that Americans are more receptive to an opinion expressed by a toilet than they are to an opinion from a former President of the United States.
