At the end of last month, I summarized legislation before the U.S. Congress to revise the FISA Amendments Act by restoring our constitutional protections against warrantless search and seizure by the government. Boy, that was a simple exercise: there simply wasn’t any such legislation before the Congress.
A month later, there still isn’t.
Not one member of Congress is bothering to address the erosion of your 4th Amendment rights. Your president isn’t interested either.
