Doctor Who Verified Obama Birth Certificate a GOP Contributor

Help me understand this, O Barack-Obama-is-the-Belgian-love-child-of-Malcolm-X conspiracy nuts:

Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the State of Hawaii Department of Health, issued an official statement declaring that she had personally verified the existence of Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

Fukino has never made any campaign contributions to the Democratic Party.

Fukino made a campaign contribution to the Hawaii Republican Party in 2006:

Chiyome Fukino FEC Record of Contribution to Hawaii Republican Party

Why would a financial supporter of the Republican Party lie about the existence of a birth certificate for Barack Obama, the Democratic candidate?

What new bizarre explanation are you going to come up with now?

Was she bought off by Jimmy Hoffa?

Is this a bizarre double-feint plot by the Illuminati and the Knights Templar?

Or is it the space aliens? Did the space aliens abduct Dr. Fukino and replace her with an exact replica, a clone compliant to the will of the Space Alien Overlord Barack “Jupiter” Obama?

Answer this question about Chiyome Fukino. Don’t go on about anything else. Just answer this question.

[Everyone else, get ready to watch the conspiracy nuts dance a double-tempo Macarena.]

Dr. Ron Polarik, PhD., hopefully will have an answer for you. He’s an expert in all this.
    Did I mention he’s a doctor?

If not the good doctor, then perhaps Beckwith will be through here with a link to his authoritative Obama File. He is also an expert.

Beckwith and Dr. Ron Polarik, Phd. One can only hope they will share a jail cell one day.

    Klatu obama nicto!

  3. Marie Devine says:

She did not verify his birthplace, but only the existance of a record. She had no authority to release specifics.

Many charges and evidences against Barack Obama are on my website, court style, at:

They were sent to Barack Obama, and US Attorney Fitzgerald in Illinois (return receipt 2-24-09)

  4. Jim says:

Ah, yes, “court style!” I love court style. Especially the ruffles and fringes and the jester with the lute.

By the way, you get a big, fat FAIL for not actually answering the question:

Why would a financial supporter of the Republican Party lie about the existence of a Hawaii birth certificate for Barack Obama, the Democratic candidate?

  5. Lin Taylor says:

Extremists on both sides of the aisle are so foolish. No one on the right has said there’s “no” Obama birth certificate. The argument is that the certificate of live birth that is available online is phony or altered and that Obama was born in a Kenyan hospital, not in Hawaii, so he therefore fails to meet the “natural-born” qualification for the presidency. There are plenty of other documents (like his school registration from Indonesia) that suggest he has other aliases and is perhaps multinational at the very least, and
Obama’s complete resistance to releasing his ideintifying documents is why the conspiracy theories continue to linger. At least get the position right before you attack the other side.

The statement by Dr. Fukino affirms that a certificate of live birth is on record at the Hawaii Department of Health but does not reveal or verify any of the information that is contained in it. A scanned image of that certificate supposedly confirms that Obama was born in Hawaii but has not been verified as 100% authentic by nonpartisan entities.

Considering the low cost of obtaining copies of certificates from any Department of Vital Statistics, I’m left to wonder why the Obama campaign – with its $30 million surplus – didn’t simply send copies of it to every newspaper and news station to end the controversy. I personally possess two official copies of my original birth certificate for identification purposes (thanks, mom and dad). If I were in Obama’s position, I’d release an ORIGINAL birth certificate, not a “certificate of live birth” I ordered 30 years later, and dispel the rumors once and for all.

    1. Jim says:

Dancy dancy dance-a-dance… wordy wordy write-a-write…

and NO answer to the question.

I like your use of “suggest” and “perhaps” in the same sentence. Your use of the two words suggests that perhaps you are a denizen of the planet Saturn at the very least.

Fukino did verify the existence of Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Follow the link to the letter and see the “personally seen and verified” bit.

Releasing copies of his birth certificate to the press for wide dissemination in multiple newspapers, which the Obama campaign did actually do, is not “complete resistance to releasing his identifying documents.” It is releasing his identifying documents.

  6. Lin Taylor says:

Jim, grow up. I didn’t even state which side of the argument I’m on. I just provided you with the argument AGAINST Obama in the birth certificate debate. Keep your suppositions, stereotypes, and accusations to yourself.

You need to learn to read – I answered your question. Dr. Fukino says Hawaii has a certificate on file and that’s it – because she provided NO information, she did not have to lie about anything. She doesn’t affirm OR deny that he was born in Hawaii, which is the REASON the right called Obama’s citizenship into question in the first place.

By the way, posting a scan on the Internet and sending one copy to a left-leaning “fact checking” organization is NOT the same as “[sending] copies of it to every newspaper and news station to end the controversy.”

  7. Lin Taylor says:

Oh, and before I forget, let me explain the subtleties of English to you. I know it’s hard, but try to follow this:

I said “There are plenty of other documents (like his school registration from Indonesia) that suggest he has other aliases and is perhaps multinational at the very least …”

My use of the word “suggest” is because Obama has not provided explanations of these documents to us. The ones that have been leaked have “Barry Soetoro” on them – click this link for scans: Question: Is that a legal name he obtained when his stepfather adopted and enrolled him, or was it just an unofficial nickname of sorts? Answer: We only have “suggestions” of aliases, not proof.

Moving on to “perhaps” – again, Obama has failed to take an official position of how he got into a school that would only accept citizens of Indonesia. If he was/is Indonesian, he is multinational. Without proof one way or the other, it’s only speculation.

All I did in my post was acknowledge a school of thought. I believe you need to let the hate out of your head – it seems to be choking your brain.

    Good day.

    1. Jim says:

Uh huh. You’re completely dispassionate in this regard. And I’m a serving of bananas Napoleon.

One of the two schools Obama attended was a public school open to members of all religions. Its name: Government Elementary School #4 in the city of Bakusi. The other school Obama attended was a Catholic school. Wow! Conspiracy!

I provided links to my information. Why don’t you show me the proof that Obama “got into a school that would only accept citizens of Indonesia”?

What you mistake for “hate” is something called “standards.” When a conspiracy group tosses up falsehood and bullshit that doesn’t match with observable reality, I give it a big ol’ raspberry.

    2. Robrob says:

“how he got into a school that would only accept citizens of Indonesia”

In your world, are there unicorns?

  8. Jim says:

Come on, ya silly Wilhelmina! I save my maturity for mature subjects; this whole conspiracy is decidedly juvenile, so I’ll keep it juvenile, thank you very much. Thhbbbbt!

What you say the Obama campaign did is not what the Obama campaign did. And you’re answering your own question without answering the central premise of the first question.

Your answer supposes that Dr. Chiyome Fukino carefully worded her official statement in order to not have to lie about what really is in the Hawaii state records. Your answer supposes that Dr. Fukino is hiding something.

But you haven’t told me why in the name of Bert, Ernie, Big Bird and Snuffalupagus someone who gives money to the Republican Party would be covering up the real truth about Barack Obama’s origins.

So why is that? Who got to her first? Was it Jimmy Hoffa, the Illuminati, or the sssspace aliens?

  9. Lin Taylor says:

Why? Because she wants to keep her job. She could be prosecuted for disclosing personal information on file within her office. Her response was worded in a way that did not violate her duties as the director but also did not affirm or deny the rumors about Obama that are circulating on the Internet and in the media. She said ‘We have it’ not ‘he was born in Hawaii/Africa/a yellow submarine.’ Get it?

You claim that what I “say the Obama campaign did is not what the Obama campaign did.” Really? I think you simply can’t read or don’t know the facts. Here’s what I said:

“… [P]osting a scan on the Internet and sending one copy to a left-leaning ‘fact checking’ organization is NOT the same as ‘[sending] copies of it to every newspaper and news station to end the controversy.’”

    Here’s what it means:

Obama obtained and uploaded a copy of a short certificate of live birth instead of an original birth certificate or hospital birth record. He then sent the certificate to (which is about as non-partisan as MSNBC or FOX) instead of sending copies to all major news outlets for review.

I’m sorry you fail to see the importance of properly vetting a senatorial and then presidential candidate, but where I come from, the best way to win an argument is to smother it with fact, not bury it under counter-questions. I keep answering you and providing you with facts, but all you do is ask why a Republican would care more about the law and her job than she does about exposing an obvious cover-up that I’m inclined to believe she thought would be handled by the courts or Congress. Do you have an explanation for Obama’s time in Indonesian schools? His trip to Pakistan? His ties to Illinois corruption? I don’t, so the jury’s still out.

But don’t you dare ridicule those who ask the questions you’re too blind to see – these are your fellow Americans, and they’re trying to save YOUR sorry behind too.

    1. Jim says:

save my sorry behind … from Obama the space alien?

The Los Angeles Times requested a copy from Obama, and got a copy. Daily Kos requested a copy, and got a copy. Barack Obama posted a public copy for any person, news organization or other group to access. (a project of the Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania) asked to see the physical copy, and so they sent people to examine the physical copy, which they did, taking nine distinct photographs of the document.

I could go on. You’re factually off base, which I’m showing by linking to sources.

Hey, on that note, let me repeat:

Why don’t you show me the proof that Obama “got into a school that would only accept citizens of Indonesia”?

P.S. In releasing her verification of Barack Obama’s birth certificate — on file, in the state of Hawaii, matching the Certification of Live Birth, IN Hawaii — Dr. Fukino used a word to describe the people who are saying that Barack Obama was not born in the state of Hawaii. What was her word of choice to describe these people, people like you?

Why would Fukino, a contributor of money to the Republican Party, describe the Obama-the-foreigner conspiracy people as “ridiculous” — unless they actually were?

    2. Robrob says:

      “His trip to Pakistan?”

      And strike two!

Feel free to look up your supposed State Department “Pakistan travel restriction” and you will find nothing other than a “travel advisory.” I suppose some people might confuse the two, but eventually you’d think they’d figure out the difference.

  10. Ralph says:

She did not verify his birthplace, but only the existance of a record.

The “existance” (sic) of a birth certificate in Hawaii means he was born in Hawaii.

    1. Lin Taylor says:

All we know is that the certificate of live birth appeared out of nowhere when rumors about Kenya started during the campaign. Why doesn’t he have an original birth certificate or hospital record of birth? And why did he refuse to release his certificate of live birth to the media?

Dr. Fukino verified that her office “has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record.” She didn’t say they have an actual copy of his original birth certificate ON HAND, nor did she make claims as to its contents, accuracy, or history. She did not verify that the certificate of birth that was scanned on the Internet is the same as the birth certificate on record in her office. Her statement, essentially, tells us nothing.

I’m not saying I believe it’s true, but how difficult is it to forge an identity today?

      1. Jim says:

No, that’s not all we know.

        1) It’s been demonstrated that the certification came … NOT from “out of nowhere,” but in a documented fashion from the State of Hawaii Department of Health.

        2) The campaign made the certification available to the public, to the Los Angeles Times, and to other groups, as I just showed you with links to sources.

        You’re just wrong.

  11. Lin Taylor says:

Jim, in response to your other post: I don’t care if he’s a Muslim or not – I care if he’s honest about who he is and where he came from.

Indonesian policy, in my understanding, only allowed children who were citizens of Indonesia to attend. Besides, it’s written right on his enrollment that his nation of citizenship is in Indonesia! This raises a good point or two. This talks about his ties to Indonesia. And this asks the questions I do: why not just make this all go away with one piece of paper?

    1. Jim says:

Not one of those links you just provided has ANYTHING to document that, as you claimed, Obama “got into a school that would only accept citizens of Indonesia”.

Show me the documentation that this is true, or retract the claim.

  12. Jim says:

And, by the way, Chicago Tribune, November 3 2008:

Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

“Yes,” said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. “That’s what Dr. Fukino is saying.”

Lemme guess: the Chicago Tribune is in on the conspiracy too! Bought off by Tony Rezko! And the Venusians!

  13. Lin Taylor says:

Jim, I wish you’d reply at the end of the thread instead of posting all over the place. Hard to get to all of your points at once…

Dr. Fukino said “[t]his has gotten ridiculous,” referring to the phone calls requesting to see Obama’s birth certificate. She NEVER said the people requesting the information are ridiculous. They’re two very different things.

You interpret her statement to mean that right-wing nutjobs are crazy. I take it to mean that, in light of the havoc that Obama is wreaking on “other, important things […] like the economy, taxes, energy,” that she dismisses the now-moot point of his birthplace as yesterday’s news and would like it if her staff could get on with doing their appointed jobs instead of fielding incessant requests from the public.

The article you quoted from the Tribune means nothing – it does not support that Obama was born in Hawaii. The spokeswoman’s quote could be taken out of context. Media reports do it all the time, on both sides of the political spectrum, so I refuse to accept your interpretation of her statement without seeing the entire transcript.

Regardless, it’s unsettled until he releases the ORIGINAL document. His refusal to do so makes intelligent people ask “why not?”

As far as the Indonesian school thing: I can’t find anything concrete to “prove” that only Indonesian residents could attend public schools when Barry was a young lad, so I’ll withdraw that statement – but why are you ignoring the fact that his enrollment form lists his nation of citizenship as Indonesia??!? (Here’s a link.)

All I wanted was to get you to ask questions. I’m obviously not going to open your mind and you’re not going to settle the debate for me by quoting left-leaning sources, so I’ll be on my way now. I hope, for this country’s sake, that “the right” is wrong about Obama.

Again, I bid you good day. And here’s a nice bumper sticker for you, as a peace offering.

    1. Jim says:

Oh, I can ask questions, all right. But the answers to them have to be based in solid documentation. Your answers are based on air, as I finally got you to admit on at least one point.

Air and denial: So the Chicago Tribune is in on the conspiracy, and you therefore refuse to accept the report as true. Classic.

The Indonesian school document actually argues against the conspiracy theory, since a) it is possible that the information is incorrect, being the report of a second person, but even if you accept it as correct b) it is possible for an American to hold dual citizenship, and c) if you accept one line of it as the truth, then the line above it must also be accepted as the truth, and you must accept that Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, which would qualify him for the Presidency.

WND unveils “Where’s the Birth Certificate” road signs.

Do you know if Hawaii even issues something called a “Birth Certificate” or is a Certificate of Live Birth the exact same thing?

    1. qs says:

I think there is also a certification of live birth vs. a certificate of live birth.

Just to make things more complicated.

  15. Deb says:

People can be so naive. Conspiracies and corruption are prevalent in all levels of government. Look at the state of Illinois. Anything can and will occur if people don’t pay attention and ask the right questions. It amazes me how someone can look at Obama’s birth certificate and say “it looks legit to me” without further investigation. I have to question the fonts and equipment used in generating the certificate since it looks computer-generated. The original document was most likely typed on an old typewriter. If the state of Hawaii used manual typewriters, the document is fake. If Hawaii used the newly released state-of-the-art IBM Selectric typewriter, a font close to the one in the document is possible. As we know, typewriters produced less-than-perfect fonts from the ribbon ink. Manual typewriters were worse than electric models. The document floating around the internet is just too perfect. Any forensic scientist could easily determine when and how the document was generated. This country is purposely turning it’s head on this one.

    1. Jim says:

Who can spot the false assumption in Deb’s comment?

  16. Deb says:

Most people on the internet and blogging have no sense of history nor in the use of words and it is this lack of sense which is going to bite whoever forged this document.

Another interesting point I’d like to make is the use of the “African” race on his certificate. Up until 1968, the standard term for all Africans was “negroe” or “negro”. This fit with the absolute secular scientific teaching of the day which notes the world has 3 races in Mongoloid, Caucasoid and Negroid. It was not until the Black Revolution when negroe or negro became a foul description in the late 1960’s and then “black” was demanded by this group to describe them.
It was not until the late 1970’s when political correctness came into vogue that it ushered in by the 1980’s the term “African” to describe all blacks. It’s interesting that Obama’s forger was not utilizing the 1960’s terminology which a black person would be listed as. The forger fell instead into a warped year 2000 politically correct description of “African”.

    1. F.G. Fitzer says:

You’re right! This absolutely PROVES that Barack Obama is really from the future, and thus not yet 35 years old, and thus not qualified to be President! Thank you for your wise insight!

all truths will come out about Obamas BC right before the 2012 election. Why ? Because the repubs. knew they would not win this last election, for 3 reasons,1. Every one hated repubs.because of Bush.2.Mccain and palin were not the ones to win this election.3.the democrats had control of congress. The re[ublicans will unseat him with proof if being a USURPER. My opinion,of course.

  18. gartano says:

To Lin Taylor. Hey Lin, you are 100% right, but trying to convince an ignorrant voter of Obama,or whatever his name is, is useless. You can`t change the mind of a person that doesn`t want truths and facts. They believe in dreams, and any one that would promice them that their dream would come true.Who gives a shit about what Fukino said? Obama has hidden the truths about himselve that would ruin his carreer in 2 minutes if the truths came out. They will, and believe me when I say THE TRUTH WILL SET HIM FREE.(and us too.)

    1. Jim says:

Ah, that’s the ticket. Yeah, there’s proof that Barack Obama (“or whatever his name is”) was born out of the country, but Obama has hidden it! It’s the perfect kind of “proof” — you never have to produce it, and it can never be disproven.

  19. Barry says:

“Answer this question about Chiyome Fukino. Don’t go on about anything else. Just answer this question.”

If someone were to enter data into the Hawaii system and then print out a birth cert for Mickey Mouse…

She STILL can say the same thing… “I have seen the form” and “Conforms to Hawaii laws”.

The REAL question is WHERE is the LONG FORM … EVEN Mcain can produce His Long form… Kinda strange a younger Barry cannot….? SINCE 10-20 new requests a week continue for the form (2600+ to date) wouldn’t you think Barry should just release it? Why wouldnt he? because he doesnt have it… the Hospital should also have a copy (either of the two he was born in…)…

With all the resources the USA has at it’s disposal, i’m sure they can find the long form…

Deny it all you want… but you really know it doesn’t exist or Barry would have produced it long ago …

    1. Robrob says:

You *do* realize the “short form” is the legal document any person born in HI gets when they request a copy of their birth certificate, right? In HI (just like many other States) no one gets a “long form.” You people are demanding something that doesn’t exist – for anyone. You might as well argue because no one has taken a picture of Obama and BigFoot together, it’s proof Obama is BigFoot.

  20. WR Taylor says:

Having a person vouch for a birth certificate without any proof of a constitutional requirement for the Presidency is nonsense.

Regardless of his party affiliation, he can be bribed or threatened with loss of his job if he doesn’t play along.

All of the arguments that someone donated to the Republican party is not proof of a birth certificate.

Do you buy a car without looking at the CARFAX or just believe what the salesman tells you?

The call for the original long from birth certificate is a legitimate requirement to prove eligibility for the office of the President.

Arguments against requiring proof are simple nonsense based on partisan politics and fear of the truth.

The truth will come out eventually. Anyone standing in the way of getting to the truth of this constitutional law is guilty of not defending the Constitution.

Soldiers have a right to have a legitimate Commander in Chief in command of the armed forces. Allowing anyone to serve that does not meet the lawful requirements is criminal.

    1. Jim says:

The Hawaii Department of Health is the equivalent of CARFAX, it’s headed by a Republican who has no interest in obfuscation, and it has already provided proof.

  21. Jim says:

I started out pro Obama. My wife told me that she would never vote for a republican. I yelled at her to come and listen to Obama in February 08 and she listened unimpressed with his speech. I said, “this man may be the face that this country needs”. It was powerful speach.

I changed my mind after going to the Trinity Church or Christ web site and then listening to Obama’s pasture acuse the United States government of creating AIDS and injecting drugs into the inner city to kill people of color. I also bought Obama’s books and was particulary concerned when he stated that he he wast influence by malcolm X and quotes Malcolm in Dreams From my Father, “I would, if I could by an act of violence, drain every drop of white blood from my body”.

My wife was much easier to turn. It just took finding out that his middle name is Hussein — she grew up around muslims. Someone discussed the rumor that Obam’s middle name was Mohammed but Hussein is an equally islamic name and Barak was indeed the name of the horse that the prophet Mohammed supposedly leapt into heaven on. It is sometimes spelled Buraq.

I started following the birthers story line in about August 2008. Most of those arguing against the birthers are either unaware of the arguments or purposfully ignore them. Some of the same can be said for the birthers. The Obama administration has not helped by refusing to show the Certificate of Live Birth. The Certification of Live Birth, that was [first posted on] is a different document and does not used for all matters even in Hawaii.

After looking at many referrences, I put my money on that Obama was born in Hawaii. But I have questions. I am conviced that there are number of coverups that involve his birth records, school records, travel records, social security number and his relationships with people such as Bill Ayers, Percy Sutton, Khalid Mansour, Raila Odinga etc. Just Google and watch video on At the very least you will be amused and pissed of at the Obama’s critics, or at him.

Deb, et al., You ask, “Why would Fukino risk her job by saying more than necessary re Obama’s birthplace?” I’ll ask 1 more question…Why would she not? I’ll give 2 answers to that: (a) Her Governor, at the time, was a fellow Republican & fellow female who would not have fired her for telling the truth (if the Birther version was, in fact, the truth) and (2) You know as well as I do that Dr. Fukino would have been rewarded beyond imagination by the ultra-rich, ultra-connected and ultra-powerful hierarchy of the Right Wing Reactionary Republican establishment had she given them what they wanted–even by lying. The problem for your side is that Dr. Fukino was/is one of a rare breed of “honorable Republicans” left in this world and her honor and reputation was more important to her than the wishes of a bunch of screwballs who don’t believe in the principle of the “consent of the governed as the foundation of a democratic-republic!”
