Iran has volunteered the information that it has a nuclear power facility that it had not previously told the world about. It’s underground, given that Israel had bombed a previous above-ground facility. Iran doesn’t is not a signatory to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, which would outlaw its activities. Furthermore, Iran is being cooperative in dealing with other countries’ concerns, and is allowing foreign inspectors to visit its nuclear sites.
