Want to Experience Activism with actual Content? Try these Events

You could go to today’s “Rally for Sanity” in Washington, DC that offers the pageantry of a protest but asks its attendants to be quiet and do nothing.

Alternatively, you could attend one of the upcoming political protests listed below. They have the advantage of actually standing for something, but be warned: because these pieces of activism have actual content, someone might disagree with you. So please, bring your defibrillator just in case your tender heart can’t take it.
