Selling Expensive Shirts In Anti-Greed Campaign

The Green Party of Florida brings us a piece of activist tshirt news: The Green Party of the United States has launched an anti-greed campaign. That’s in line with long-standing Green values, given that the Green Party stands against the influence of money in politics.

There’s a catch though: The Green Party is using the anti-greed campaign to gather money. Everybody who sends at least $100 to the Green Party of the United States will receive a Greens vs. Greed tshirt.

“We need to raise $1,000 from each state, and $50,000 total, by April 1,” says the Green Party promotion of this anti-greed campaign.

I’m not sure how I feel about this little piece of activism. What are your thoughts?
