Wenlock and Mandeville Are Olympic Illuminati Tools, Says Conspiracy Theorist
Advent of Deception is a web site that promotes conspiracy theories centered around ancient texts, numerological interpretation of apparently banal details, with the presumption that a secret group called The Illuminati is in control of everything. Quick logical leaps bring the site’s writer to conclusions such as this: “Through transcending the dualities of this world, only one observation is experienced: the battle of the darkness against the light.”
While Advent of Deception is not very rigorous with its reasoning, it does provide a very colorful map of the downfall of humanity… as colorful as this year’s official Olympic mascots, Wenlock and Mandeville.
Advent of Deception has been warning for quite some time that a satanic conspiracy will take over the world on December 21 of this year. Now, the site is telling its readers that Wenlock and Mandeville are essential parts of this diabolical plan. The fact that there are two mascots, for example, translates as the number eleven, and we all know what that means… Actually, I have no idea what that means.
Wenlock, according to the site, has a head shaped like a heart, with a pyramid on top of it. The symbolic meaning of the combination of the two is supposed to be, according to some obscure source, knowledge and enlightenment. Wenlock doesn’t really seem knowledgeable or enlightened to me, but if he, or she, or it, was, well, wouldn’t that be a good thing?
No, knowledge and enlightenment are civilization killers, according to the Advent of Deception web site, which warns, “Anyone that is studying the numerology and symbolism of the 2012 Olympics should realize that the Occult Illuminati must be planning a huge occult ritual event, a major preparation event for the activation of the New World Order on 12/21/2012, or the presentation of the aliens.”
Why, though, would the Illuminati need to send a message about an occult ritual event using difficult to interpret symbols in the Olympic mascots? Couldn’t they just send an email, or use Twitter?
Earlier this year, Advent of Deception claimed that “A total of 33 lower entities entered into host bodies to deceive the world as humans. Also, the 2012 Olympics in London is set up to Anoint the Antichrist through covert occult rituals… Baal who resides within a host body will be anointed as King over the children of the darkness during the 2012 Olympics that will kick off the Judgment era—Advent of Deception will keep a close watch within the next few years.”
It seems that this Baal fellow, if he exists, and if he intends to take over the world through the evil use of secret symbols in the two Olympic mascots, is a pretty reasonable fellow. The writer behind the Advent of Deception web site, after all, expects to be around for years after Baal takes his throne, and will have the freedom to keep publishing the Advent of Deception site. That makes Baal a friend of freedom of the press – something many Christian churches can’t say for themselves.
So, why worry? The Advent of Deception suggests that Prince William may be the host of Baal: “Possibly this Anointing Event will be under the disguise of a ritual surrounding Prince William.” Prince William seems like a very nice fellow, though, and his wife is just adorable. If the prince is Baal, I couldn’t think of a better person.
I say we learn to relax about Illuminati costume conspiracies, and sit back and watch the Baal games.
