Women, History and Tom Reed

I got this postcard in the mail today from my member of Congress, Tom Reed. Well, when I say that “I” got the postcard, I’m not being completely accurate. My wife  got the postcard, and I didn’t.

Standard practice for U.S. Representative Reed is to send two copies of every postcard to our home, one for me and one for my wife.

Why didn’t I get the postcard? As you can see, the mailing is about Women’s History Month. It seems that Congressman Reed thinks that Women’s History Month is just for chicks, and doesn’t want to let male voters know that he is willing to deal with Women’s History.

I hereby nominate Tom Reed to serve as chair of the House Select Committee On Not Quite Getting The Point.
