Congressman Rob Bishop Says He Has To Vote For Trump Because of the Guerilla War

The cognitive dissonance produced by Donald Trump’s seizure of the Republican presidential nomination is causing Republican elected officials to say and do some truly bizarre things.

This one’s my favorite so far:

Republican Congressman Rob Bishop once vigorously spoke out against Trump. Now that Trump is the Republican nominee, however, Representative Bishop has come up with unique excuse for putting his support behind Trump. Bishop says he has no choice but to support and vote for Donald Trump because, “If the president is merely a continuation of the status quo, it will mean four more years of guerrilla warfare.”

Four more years of guerrilla warfare?

What guerilla warfare? I haven’t seen any guerilla warfare in the United States.

Is Congressman Bishop talking about the Y’all Quaeda armed takeover of a bird sanctuary earlier this year?

Is he talking about the Jade Helm conspiracy theory?

Have I just not been paying attention? Can anyone point to me what guerilla warfare Rob Bishop is referring to?

I think Rob Bishop means that unless he votes for a Republican, he’s going to have to choose whether or not to do anything.

H have to vote for Trump because he won’t send a 6 year old, first grade little girl into the bathroom with a 14 year old 8th grade boy.

But would put 6 year old kindergarten boys in the same bathroom as 13 year old boys?!?

      Not wisdom.

You going to wage a guerilla war over bathrooms, Ella?

Would he let Dennis Hastert go into the same bathroom as a 6 year old boy?

    3. Horatio says:

Ella is willing to elect a person who promises to TORTURE people and to assassinate entire families, including children….

      …. because of bathrooms.

      Bathrooms. Really.

      1. ella says:

Horatio, because the torture statement has be nullified in past conversations, that is not valid. And the assignation scenario is a limited to open warfare and only a in case of need, which has been being done when enemy combatants who hide behind family, women, and children, is war time killing, is not assassination. And the children being spoken of could be your own. Really, Your own children. Your own little girl or boy.

        1. J Clifford says:

Ella, the torture statements have not been nullified. Donald Trump has repeatedly said that he will torture prisoners even if there isn’t any intelligence to gain from them. Asked for confirmation that that’s really his policy, Trump has said that yes, that’s his policy.

Assassination is against the law. Assassination of children is against the law and obscene.

You are supporting a thoroughly obscene politician, and doing it in the name of your religious “morality”.

Do you think this kind of thing has anything to do with the increasing portion of the American population that declines to identify itself as religious?

You know better. Donald Trump long ago stated that he would follow the laws regarding torture and would follow the advice given by his military advisors. Asked for conformation he did say yes, that is his policy.

What Donald Trump has said certainly does not have anything to do with any sensible or knowledgeable portion of American society being driven away from Christianity. He has only been in the political arena for a few months. It has taken decades for the children to be educated via public schools and the MSM, along with video games and other entertainment media, to indoctrinate the population enough to reduce the Christian population. The same forces are at work today and are expected, by all but the deceived. Deception is a profession today in many fields of endeavor, I would call it an endeavor in and of itself. Other forms of god or God worship/respect and reverence, are similarly being systematically disassembled. The world is growing very close now.
