Republicans: Still not too Sure about that whole Women in Politics thing.

When asked in a nationally representative poll whether they agreed or disagreed with the statement “Regardless of how I vote, I’m glad a woman is a major party nominee for president,” only 47 percent of Republicans could bring themselves to agree with the statement. 47 percent of Republicans actually disagreed with the notion.

What year are these Republicans living in? 2016 or 1916?

Don’t you understand that many of the 47% of Republicans who disagreed with the statement certainly answered the question with a specific candidate in mind?

The question is pretty clearly a general one and I doubt the answer would have been different if was asked specifically about a Republican women. The Republican distaste for women and minorities is pretty well documented.

      Look at the question, Al.
