In a time of the spring, old paths are obscured and new growth begins.
Life is too short for bad beef jerky. I’m looking for some good beef jerky. I mean real good. I keep looking for it, and it tastes ok, but on the approach to the mouth it smells real bad. Help me out.

I too am in search of good beef jerky. I just spent $ 14.00 for 8 ounces of the SALTIEST crud ever tasted, and the product 10 years ago was so good, I had to find it again on the internet. SO dissapointed. We found some stuff at a trade show in South Lake Tahoe. It was SUPER expensive. $ 15.00 for 4 ounces! We purchased $ 40.00 worth. I ate 20 dollars of it on a road trip. Can NOT remember the name though. It was SOOOOO tender it was like good steak!
Good luck friend. NOTHING worse than crappy jerky. Heck, I have a dehydrator, I can make better than most I’ve eaten!
