Irregular Times Diaries: Unfit DiscussionIn a time of the spring, old paths are obscured and new growth begins.
I have had it with you people. You think you are so clever. But now I have your number. The self-important losers at Irregular Times who have been heaping criticism on Unity08 are PARTISAN dividers! Read their words:
“I am a Democrat”
I am a Democrat because the Democratic Party does the best job representing my values at the local, state and national level.”
Well, I am a Unity08 supporter because I believe in moving beyond rancor, beyond pointless disagreement, beyond stage-show politics to real solutions for real people by real people who care about people. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!
Who is paying you to do this? The Democrats, the Republicans, or both?

J. Clifford wrote the articles you refer to, but you’ll also read his more recent article Why I Am No Longer A Democrat, if you’re fair minded on this subject. Everyone who writes for Irregular Times is, at this point, not affiliated with any party.
If you really believe in moving beyond rancor, why do you tell us to “put that in your pipe and smoke it” and call us “self-important losers”?

More than one person writes for Irregular Times. I’ve written the supermajority of the articles on Unity08, and I have never been a member of the Democratic or Republican parties. I’ve never received any payment or compensation from the parties either: don’t be silly.
You seem very angry about criticism of Unity08, even though it is sourced and documented. Why?

Who is paying Jim to investigate Unity ‘08?
Do you have ANY evidence?
Or are you just generating accusations of corruption for which there is no proof?
Politics as usual.
