Do you mean “Which one” or “Which of these” so that there can be two or more choices?
I did not include my identity because I am not confident that this information will not be obtained by the government and lead to action against me.

Thanx for the grammer lesson anon, take your pick, if you cant take an exact stand than it is “which of these” if you can take a stand than it is “Which one”.
Oh and while were at it, lets add the Judicial Oath in there.
“I, ——, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice
without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the
rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform
all the duties incumbent upon me as —— under the Constitution and
laws of the United States. So help me God.”
