Here&#039;s a link to the full text of the bill. It looks like the whole purpose of the bill is to add &lt;i&gt;salvia divinorum&lt;/i&gt; to the state list of no-no&#039;s, although it seems to correct a couple of typos too.

The legislative schedule says it was debated a couple times, I wonder what the debate was about and why the big rush to categorize this new plant with heroin?

I have heard if someone sends a cut and paste letter to a public official, all the letters like that are treated as the one and same letter.  But if the letters are all different, they are treated like they are from different voters and the letters have more impact. For that reason some letter campaigns just include a list of talking points or bullet points.</description>
