Yowee zombiekazowee, this is a pretty weird angle on the Met's Tristan&Isolde. I'm giving a presentation on the opera this Saturday, here in Asheville, NC, after watching the live telecast of a performance from the Met in a local movie theatre. I'm definitely gonna tell the h'ors d'oeurves-eating wine-sipping operalovers about the opera zombies! But hey, I did a search to find info on the role of zombies in the 1849 Dresden uprising, and couldn't find a stitch. So where does that part of the story come from (other than the highly demented mind of one Mister Disaster Dan)? Do tell, and I'll tell those post-Liebestod operalovers. - Mountaine
