Today I got a piece of spam in the mail from one “Parachutist V. Arch” with the subject heading “Amateur lesbians shaving.”
Leaving to one side the name “Parachutist V. Arch” (ah, what a great name), I’ve got to say: Amateur lesbians? I didn’t know you could be an amateur lesbian. What, do you have to practice first? And then do you get a license or something? Or is it a degree? Do you have to be certified by a state board of review? Are there conventions?

I think it’s about time that lesbians got a professional association. Raise standards and all that.

What is probably meant is that the lesbians involved are not professional sex workers but amateurs in the porn business.
