Today’s Love Mail

Who are our critics? Take a look for yourself. Today’s Love Mail comes from one DrrMarsig, who writes:

I think you NIGGERS should get jobs and go to work. I have money because I work and not on welfare like you.

Nice to know we’re pissing off the right people. We’ll be sure to keep it up.

I’m personally amazed that this guy is able to hold a job. He sounds like a complete idiot. Too bad he didn’t include where he works, so we could let his boss know what a tolerant person he is.

  2. Scott says:

Not that I give a crap about this idiot, but when I leave a comment, the form that I fill in says that my email will not be published.

  3. Jim says:

    Scott,

Good catch. Actually, this person sent us an e-mail directly, not a comment, so strictly speaking we could be consistent and still publsh their e-mail address. But, in the name of being kind to the cruel, I’ve edited it out.

The first sentence is kinda like redundant like and that second sentence is almost a complete sentence.Keep trying you’ll get it right one day

  5. Tom says:

Yeah, these are the happy AmeriKan workers of today . . . (and we’re worried about Al Qaida?).

The way I see this website is largely a forum for free speech. Freedom of expression seems to be discussed here almost daily. If we are serious about free speech we are as interested in protecting the freedom of expression of those we disagree with as much as those we agree with. As Chomsky says, it’s easy to support freedom of expression for those we agree with. I think if this site were to publish contact information of any sort, people would feel less secure posting potentially controversial comments. We would be the poorer for it.
Thanks for removing the gobshites contact info Jim.
