It will be halfway through the 2nd Quarter of 2007 before all briefs in Unity08′s lawsuit against the FEC are filed. That’s a lot of time for stalling without the disclosure of loans to Unity08 that the FEC requires.

The Scheduling Order looks great…but where’s the Notice of Proof of Service listing all parties that have been served and notified?
I’m not a lawyer, Diana, so you’ll have to tell me what that is, and why that’s important.
I’m not a lawyer either but I didn’t see any document that certifies that the parties have received the Order. The attorney preparing the Scheduling Order should have a copy of it if one was prepared and sent
