March Against War Bridges Golden Gate

Today at noon, which is still a few hours from now California time, people will gather on both ends of the Golden Gate Bridge and begin to march, meeting in the middle of the bridge for a rally against war in the middle.

From there, the group will march to the homes of Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Diane Feinstein, in order to pressure the two Democratic politicians to support stronger measures for ending the war in Iraq. The event is sponsored by Bay Area Code Pink.
