The Cannon Congressional House Office Building has been evacuated, which explains why staff in the building are not taking phone calls, in spite of the very important vote taking place in the House of Representatives today – with the Democratic leadership pushing through a bill to give George W. Bush funding for the Iraq War with no strings.
I am seeing nothing about the Cannon Congressional House Office Building evacuation in the news.
