CIA “Black Site” on UK Terroritory?

According to The Guardian, members of the British Parliament have decided to actively investigate reports that the island of Diego Garcia, a British Territory, is being used as a CIA “Black Site” to which individuals are being taken and at which “alternative interrogation procedures” are being employed, either on a U.S. military base or on ships anchored offshore. Keep your eyes and ears open for more information on this one.
