It’s no joke: the counterterrorism experts over at the CIA have unveiled a new “Terrorist Buster” logo to be used in public communications, kind of like a SafetyPup for the 21st Century:

Aw, the little fella looks kinda happy, doesn’t he? He looks like he wants to tell us something.
