11/15 Democratic Debate: Kucinich Reminds on Standards with China

Dennis Kucinich on China trade: it’s well known that China doesn’t have environmental, health, union, workers’ rights standards. Candidates including John Edwards when he was Senator should have not voted to open trade with China without standards for environmental, health, union and working conditions. John Edwards’ response to the criticism? “Cute, Dennis.” And then he didn’t address the question of standardless trade with China at all.

Substantive win to Dennis Kucinich. But he looked mad, and John Edwards has a nicer smile, and better hair.
