Hillary Clinton Protested By AntiWar Activists

Mother Davis finishes washing her windows as she reports,

On the eve of the presidential caucuses in Iowa, anti-war protesters have confronted the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. At the Clinton 2008 national headquarters in Arlington, Virginia and at the Clinton Iowa headquarters in Des Moines, anti-war protesters arrived carrying signs reminding voters and volunteers that Hillary Clinton has been more of an obstruction to antiwar efforts than an ally. As a member of the United States Senate, Clinton voted in favor of starting the war in Iraq, and she has done little since to stop the fighting there, though she has the power to take strong action as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

At the Arlington headquarters, when protesters started reading the names of people killed in the fighting in Iraq, Hillary Clinton campaign workers put up cardboard to cover the windows between the lobby and the campaign’s offices. That way, the people working to elect Hillary Clinton as President wouldn’t have to see anything. Apparently, it makes it difficult for Clinton’s political operatives to work when they have to think about the suffering the invasion of Iraq has caused, the poor dears.

That’s an apt representation for how Hillary Clinton has dealt with the Iraq issue all along. She’s just decided to block out anything that she doesn’t want to see.

Recycling her cardboard,
Mother Davis

Was Hillary Clinton’s vote in favor of the Iraq War the primary factor in her loss to Edwards and Obama?

Note that John Edwards came in second, not first. Obama was the only one in the top five to have opposed the Iraq War instead of supporting it.

  2. Deborah Poulton says:

Two items of mention and concern:
    1) Is it true that John Edwards has a pregnant girlfriend that is in recluse?

2)Obama’s church: Please read and go to this church’s website and read what is written there. It is very alarming. Barack Obama is a member of this church and is running for President of the U.S. If you look at the first page of their website, you will learn that this congregation has a non-negotiable commitment to Africa. No where is AMERICA EVEN mentioned. Notice too, what color you will need to be if you should want to join Obama’s church… B-L-A-C-K!!! Doesn’t look like his choice of religion has improved much over his (former?) Muslim upbringing.
Are you aware that Obama’s middle name is Hussein? Strip away his nice looks, the big smile and smooth talk and what do you get? Certainly a racist, as plainly defined by the stated position of his church! And possibly a covert worshiper of the Muslim faith, even today. This guy desires to rule over America while his loyalty is totally vested in a Black Africa!

    1) Probably not. Another man says he is the father of her child.

    2) Yes, Barack Obama’s use of religion in his campaign is alarming. However, he did NOT have a Muslim upbringing, and your insinuation that he’s a Muslim is really odd, since you’re claiming to be bothered by his form of Christianity.

His loyalty vested in “Black Africa”, oh sure, just as much as McCain’s is vested in Scotland, or Kucinich’s is vested in Eastern Europe.

Deborah, your cheap shots aren’t even based in the facts. There’s plenty to criticize Barack Obama about, but you look like an idiot for repeating right wing smear scripts without bothering to investigate them for yourself.

    Shame on you, Deborah.
