Golly, Old McCain Staffer Wants Gore to Run! Gee, I Wonder Why.

Golly gee whizzikers, folks! The Republican former National Communications Director of John McCain for President thinks it would be peachy keen if Al Gore budged aside Clinton and Obama and ran for President in 2008 himself! As the pick of convention delegates! Against John McCain!

Gosh and crackers, but why would a Republican associated with the McCain campaign want the will of Democratic Primary voters to be completely overturned with an appointed candidate put on the ticket instead? My wooly li’l bean is all tired out just from thinking about it. Maybe you sirs and madams out there can figure it out.

  1. Christian Prophet says:

Maybe Obama is not who we think he is and Gore would be a better buddy to McCain. Gore DOES have more a statesman image as opposed to Obama’s immature image. See: “Barack Obama: So Determined To Do Good!”

  2. Fed up ex-Republican says:

Maybe Obama tricked the McCain campaign operative into supporting Gore so that people would think the Republicans were trying to play dirty tricks.

    It could happen.

  3. Jim says:

Maybe Hillary Clinton slipped some Spanish Fly into the drink of a Palm Springs waiter on February 27 so the people at Table 7 would prematurely end their dinner in repulsion, breaking up a secret Republican Party unity gathering and leading to such huge fractures within the GOP that Republicans who used to support John McCain now find themselves worshipping slavishly at the altar of Al Gore.

You can’t prove it didn’t happen.

Maybe McCain is not who we think he is and Joe Lieberman would be a better Republican presidential candidate. Lieberman does have a longer name, and so uses more letters in the alphabet, and so would relieve reporters of having to work so hard to fill so much space. 5. John Stracke says:

Maybe McCain’s former staffer has learned that McCain is actually a puppet operated by thirty superintelligent hamsters with a dastardly plot to destroy America’s will to think clearly.

  6. Lincoln says:

AL GORE will be elected the next President of the United States.
