Bush Breaking The Law To Give Pakistan Military Boost

Filed under George W. Bush, Legislation, Outside the USA by Truman at 11:40 am

The United States seems to be replaying the rotten script of its involvement in the Iran-Iraq war in its present day dealings in South Asia. At the very same time that the US government is waiting ready to give nuclear technology and materials to India in spite of the country’s development of nuclear weapons outside of the nuclear nonproliferation treaty, the US is also trying to pump up the Pakistani military, in spite of that country’s similar nuclear weapons development and unstable government.

This latest incarnation of this maneuvering may be a great deal more than just strategically unwise. It may be illegal as well.

Last year, Congress made military aid to Pakistan contingent upon the use of that aid for antiterrorism purposes. However, George W. Bush has announced that he will direct military aid to Pakistan in the form of enhancements to Pakistan’s F-16 fighter planes.

Pakistan almost never uses its F-16 planes on antiterrorism operations.

Don’t expect anything to come of this, though. When the leaders of Congress place impeachment off the table, and pass laws that retroactively cover up the President’s crimes, the laws that Congress passes to limit the power of the President become merely theoretical.

  1. When I was a kid we liked to play this game called ” Pass It On” You basically pass something on to the next person, If you never had the chance to play it when you were a kid, now is your chance. Please Go to the Following Website and You will Find True Insperational Stories and many other uplifting information.

This is not spam mail, it’s a chance to see if people unite together then we might convice our government to stop all the wars get involved in that kills innocent people and leaves their families behind to suffer the loss.

Tonight, take a good hard look at your family album and all the happy moments throughout your life and then ask yourself ” Is my government worth the loss of a loved one” No, they aren’t, because after all is said and done, you will bury your loved one and the government will continue to go on doing exactly what it has been doing for years,

Getting Rich Involving us in needless conflicts Kicking back on easy street while the rest of us try to figure out how or if we can feed our familes or make it to work the next day If you notice , when political canidates run for offices they all say the same thing : They Promise the People They will Fix Things” So for the four years they are in office, they make an attempt ( if we are lucky) to fix problems and if they can’t they blame it on the next guy, or other branches of office.

Basically no one person can stand up in front of milions of people and asy the words I Promise, knowing the entire time they can not make the rules without the rest of congress, so my point is With all their campaign sings, television ads and speeches, Wouldn’t you agree that it’s a form of false advertisement? I believe the term is United We Stand, forget about the fall, I won’t fall or kill anyone for a government that continues to be part of the problem and not the solution

It’s really disturbing to know that our own government helps other coutries out with weapons, funding and other sources of community support that they deny us of. How stupid can Bush get

Here’s the kicker, he actually believes these countries that promise to not use them against us or in any evil manner………….

That’s like a crack addicted person promising to never use crack cocaine again
