If You Were Told You Had to Spend $700,000,000,000.00 …

If you were a member of Congress, and you were told you had to pass a bill to spend $700,000,000,000.00 on something, what would you spend it on?

Would you designate someone without oversight or accountability to buy $700,000,000,000.00 worth of debts held by already wealthy corporations, but just the debts that were unlikely to be paid back to the owner (which would now be the USA)?

Or would you borrow and spend the $700,000,000,000.00 another way?

Or would you say, “Hell’s Bells, I’m an elected member of Congress! Don’t tell me I have to do anything!” and then refuse to borrow and spend the $700,000,000,000.00?
