If indeed it is proven that Barry is an imposter to our Presidential office, I believe that the Democrats will finagle their way around the Constitution, as they’ve finagled everything else and allow his to stay in office. The Constitution doens’t seem to apply to Barry or his cohorts.
Cite again for me the part of the Constitution that says that Barack Obama (do you know him personally, Charlene?), having already had his birth certificate declared fully, legally valid, has no right to be president. Cite that part of the Constitution, Charlene.

I agree with you that the constitution does not say one who is legally eligible cannot and should not be removed. HOWEVER, I wish you would quote the “legally valid” source your refer to concering Obama’s birth certificate. If you are speaking of the “Certification of Live Birth” posted by Obama & his supporters, I would ask a couple things: 1) if Obama has a “Birth Certificate” why did he post a “Certification of Live Birth” instead, this would not even get you into Little League. 2) Again, if you are referring to the posted certificate, why is it that this certificate has be proven to be fraudluent by being “Photo Shopped.” You can Google the research on this. Also, one other question, If Obama has a “REAL” birth certificate, Why won’t he just show a $12.00 certificate instead of spending hundreds of thousands to keep from showing it (and this is the man you want to get us out of a fiscal crisis?). Maybe you should also check out his Selective Service application. You seemed concerned about the Constitution, I hope you are willing to stand behind it.

Legal notice from the State of Hawaii, verifying the existence of Barack Obama’s birth certificate. The certification was made by Dr. Chiyome Fukino, a contributor to the Republican Party.
Obama did NOT produce an official copy of birth certificate. Has never done that. An official copy would be a valuted copy of what was was filed with the recorder of records o f births and deaths for the county and state. What he produced was a certificate of live birth…not acceptable in the US for anyone to receive social services. The copy he produced did not bear an official seal as is also necessary to be considered official.
Since 2007 when he obtained the copy of certificate of live birth (did not bear a seal) which he presented, his lawyers have also filed to have his records sealed. Why? This tells me in my gut that he has something to hide. Else why wouldn’t he produce it? Why would he want people to wonder WHY? Why would he want people to wonder what he is hiding? He is not being honest with us.
Well. That’s just false. You can see the official seal in a photo on factcheck, number one. You just simply don’t know what you’re talking about.

In a court of law, they always go by the “best evidence”, that is why they call it the “Best Evidence Rule”. The BEST evidence in this case is???? someone’s statement? a picture of a birth certificate? or PERHAPS the BEST evidence would be the ACTUAL birth certificate. AND the second best evidence is Barack’s own behavior. I assure you, if I had been sued in small claims court (let alone multiple times in Federal District Court, as well as Superior Courts and Supreme Courts across the nation, AND the U.S. Supreme Court) by someone who was claiming that I was not a U.S. citizen, I would go to my file (or the county recorder if I didn’t have a CERTIFIED copy), and I would waltz into court and hand over my birth certificate. The fact that Barack hasn’t done it is the second best evidence that HE DOESN’T HAVE ONE, because no rational person would respond to such a suit by moving for a motion to dismiss and a protective order UNLESS THEY DIDN’T HAVE ONE! So Jim, you might want to spend a few years in law school so that you can sort this all out. It’s really not that complicated.

If I am on medication that I have to take for life why do I have to go to the doctor every 3 months to have him write a prescription with 2 refills? Well lets see…. What he posted was a certification of live birth not a certificate of live birth. There is a difference, the certification of live birth is for people not born in Hawaii

It has nothing to do withhh his COLB Barack H. Obama must be a natural born citzen to be eligible to run for President. His father was a born in Kenya a British Subject and was never a US Citizen. Article II Section I of the US Constitution clearly states that both of your parents must be Natural Born Citizens or Naturalized Citizens to be able to run for the Presidency. There is a reason why that framers of the Constitution inserted that in the Constitution.
The Constitution is the law of the land not the Congress or the Supreme Court or the Administrative Branch. That is the fact so read it. His birth certificate will only show if he is a citizen and not an alien, but not qualifying to serve as president. If he has nothing to hide why did he spend to date $950,000 to supress his records from disclosure? This not a hoax this is a fact!

I recall when I was young in Florida the race laws defined a person as “black” if they were more than 1/8 “black”, whatever that meant. Those laws are gone now. He has written books, telling tales of family members he regards with such endearing “memories”. However, we find him clueless to the fact that one, an aunt, is living in poverty, in the US and on welfare. The “beloved” grandmother, who lives in virtual squalor in Kenya, is suddenly portrayed as a crazily mistaken or senile old woman who can’t even remember where her own grandson was born. Seems her memory of events just doesn’t jive with Barry’s master plan. Therefore, she’s wrong. Everyone who has an opposing recollection of events or documents that don’t support his version of the truth… is just wrong. Everyone in disagreement with him is racist, conservative, Republican, bitter or just plain wrong.
So I just have THIS to add: I am a mother, a grandmother and my experience with the accountability of events having to do with the birth, death and major life events of children in direct descendence, women (mothers) are very difficult to contradict. When Obama’s grandmother says she was present at his birth in Kenya, I’ll take her word over any birth certificate, “validated” or otherwise. Sorry folks, I watched the summer Olympics and I’m perfectly aware of what governments can do with birth certificates.
As for race…. I would have voted for Colin Powell in a heartbeat… but he’s too smart and too honest to be a figurehead and is apparently without a private/personal agenda.

You won’t be able to do that, because the quote does not exist, because she did not actually say that. I would like to see this issue investigated, in full, and either acted upon or dismissed within the judicial system. Everything from birth records and evidence to activities, whether here or abroad, eye witness accounts, campaign records, the whole nut.
I compared Obama’s Hawaiian Birth document “photos”. I only have my brother’s birth certificate (Hawaiian/1953) to compare it with and I absolutely doubt in my mind that Obama’s is not valid. I even went so far as to compare it to a photocopy of my brother’s document.

Of course Obama’s Hawaiian Birth Certificate looks different from your brother’s, if your brother’s is the original. But that makes it no less valid. The version Barack Obama’s campaign released is a certified copy, certified by the Republican head of the Hawaii Department of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino.
