News Flash! With 2 of 605 Precincts in Maine reporting, Ballot Question 1 (to overturn Maine’s same-sex marriage law) features 45 “NO” votes and 6 “YES” votes. NO on 1 is winning 88% to 12%!
This means! Absolutely! Next! to Nothing! Aaaah!
But it still means about five times as much as the typical NBC focus group.
So 355 people voted, but of those, only 51 people voted on the proposition 1 or whatever it’s called.
Or it’s possible that not all votes are counted yet in those precincts.
