New York’s 23rd District crosses a number of county lines, occupying the huge geographic (but tiny demographic) Northern hump of New York. This makes it a bit tough to find a primary location that covers New York’s 23rd District election returns consistently and quickly after 9:00 pm, when polls close.

The Hill, which has been following some election irregularities.
Waterdown Daily Times. Watertown is a small city mostly known for huge amounts of snow but the is the biggest presence in the 23rd District.
