Rep. Michele Bachmann, November 3 2009:
Go into the Capitol and find members of Congress. Don’t bring your pitchforks, bring your video cameras. And get them on record saying how they’re going to vote and why. And tell them, “Take your hands off my health care!”
Rep. Michele Bachmann, November 7 2009:
Mr. Speaker, it all begins with life and with protecting the most vulnerable among us… Orwellian statements aside, it is the duty of government to preserve and protect human life.
Later that night, Michele Bachmann voted YES for the Stupak Amendment, for the government to prohibit private insurance plans from covering abortions paid for by private money.
While shouting an indignant “Hands Off!” for the cameras, Michele Bachmann just got her hands all over, around, into and through your health care.
it’s hard to admit that michele is my congresswoman. minnesota sometimes shows a roguish streak in electing officials, but, bachmann is in a whole other league.
she’s kind of hot looking and i am pretty sure that’s what got her elected. that and the guy she ran against was named tinkelberg or tinkelman or tinkelberry. well anyway, nobody wants to be tinkeled with.
i’m thinking the dems need a hot chick named barbie to run next cycle.
Bachmann is the craziest woman ever electd to a public office. I feel sorry for the people of Minnesota. You have to do something about this insane woman. Anyone who says that “a revolution is a good thing every once in a while” needs to chek out the genocide in countries where revolution is an everyday occurence. I am a Counselor and while I would not bet my repputation on this diagnosis she shows all of the indicators of a person suffering froom a bi-polar disorder or worse she may just be psychotic. Whatever her illness she is obviously not taking medication and that makes her dangerous. PEOPLE OF MINNESOTA ELECT SOMEONE WHO IS AT LEAST SANE AND HOPEFULLY PROGRESSIVE. America can not stand anymore teabagers who think health care reform is socialism. And people like
Bachmann know exactly how to play on these poor ignorant men and women’s fears.
