		<description>Thanks for pointing this out.  What&#039;s most interesting to me is that anyone would consider an 800,000 gallon oil spill to be inconsequential.  The US Coast Guard categorizes any spill larger than 100,000 gallons as a &quot;major&quot; spill (www.uscg.mil/hq/nsfweb/docs/FOSCGuidev07.pdf).  And the disastrous Santa Barbara oil spill in 1969 involved an estimated 200,000 gallons of oil (http://www.geog.ucsb.edu/~jeff/sb_69oilspill/69oilspill_articles2.html).</description>
