Change the Names and it’s 2001 All Over Again

Last night I stumbled upon this political cartoon Irregular Times whipped up in criticism of the policies of the Bush administration back in 2001:

    Well, failure to prosecute anyone for anything leads to it happening more often and in greater depth – just look at the financial industry for an in-your-face example.
