   Now that’s the Tea Party-ers in a nutshell: intolerance of non-Christian religions. Yeah, if THAT isn’t textbook hypocracy then they don’t know the meaning of the word. Christ to Tea Party: “Grab your guns and let’s go kill us some Presbyterians!” Sound plausible?

   i saw an article (yesterday?) on a road rage incident where a guy who just picked up his child from school in a car with a Obama/Biden sticker on his rear bumper was almost run off the road by some nut-case behind him who didn’t like it, freaked out, flipped him off as he came up along side, and swerved sharply into his lane.

   Admittedly, i felt like that when people were sportin’ Bush/Cheney stickers on their SUV’s for over 10 years, but i didn’t do anything so dangerous as tryin’ to run someone off the road for not votin’ for the same tool i voted for. i mean, what’s next, they pull their pistols and start shootin’ too?! These people are complete imbeciles. Wait til it really gets heavy due to all the climate change, oil and water constraints, food shortages, etc. on top of lack of meaningful work, low skills & stagnant pay combined with ever-increasing commodity prices, and the next presidential election should be a real hoot.

     Is there a difference, JD? No one controls Tea Party membership, no one controls who can be said to be with the Tea Party, and who isn’t. The signs in the accompanying article are all ones that have been present at Tea Party protests. They’re from multiple locations at multiple times. The theme is consistent and pervasive.
