Rural Partisanship

Partisanship is often depicted as a game played by Washington D.C. insiders, and is contrasted with the sincere, cooperative and polite politics that take place on the local level.

This homemade campaign sign, photographed in the rural, bucolic hills of Worcester, New York, doesn’t fit with that image of American politics.
