Canadians Protesting In Sympathy With Occupy Wall Street Demonstrators

September 23rd, 2011 | Posted by jclifford in Activism

At noon today, the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty will be holding a protest in sympathy with the Occupy Wall Street protest that’s been going on in New York City for six days now. Protesters will gather at Noon outside the Toronto City Hall, and outside the Montreal Stock Exchange. At 1:00 PM, protesters in Quebec City will gather in front of that province’s Parliament building.

A live video stream of these Canadian protests has been promised, but is not yet online.
