Among the first pieces of legislation introduced to the 113th Congress yesterday was from Walter Jones, Republican from North Carolina.

“H. Con. Res. 3. Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution”

Will you call your U.S. Representative urging support for this resolution? Why or why not?

The loons in Congress have forgotten (since they rarely use the Constitution any more) that it’s their job to keep the President in check by NOT FUNDING wars that he declares without their approval.
