Four Senators Push For Secret Interrogation Methods Beyond Army Field Manual Tactics
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/ayotte1068.jpg
Secret interrogations methods encourage torture. We don’t need more government secrecy. We need less of it. Senate Amendment 1068, if passed, will take the United States of America in the wrong direction… and so we’ll be paying special attention to those senators who go along with its dangerous scheme.

Fight Back Against the Universal Takedown Notice on American Censorship Day Nov. 16

Senate Democrats turn back Republican Attempt to end Net Neutrality

Roll Call: Who In Congress Defended Separation Of Church And State?
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/congress.jpg
Declaring for everybody that “In God We Trust” just isn’t respectful, and it doesn’t recognize the reality that the idea of God is simply irrelevant for millions of Americans.

The Protect IP Act: Hyperbole in the name of Artistic Freedom is not Helpful

Which Democrats Support The Save Our Climate Act? Which Democrats Are Slacking Off?
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/pinkcongress.jpg
If the Save Our Climate Act was passed today, Americans would begin getting dividend payments next year. Five years from now, it’s estimated that those annual payments would be $761 per person – $3805 for a family of five. Ten years from now, the payments would increase to $1126 per person – $5630 for a family of five. Couldn’t you use that money? Couldn’t you do with a clean environment and a climate that’s no longer surging out of control?
Kelly Ayotte Tried To Protect Alleged Terrorists From Justice
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/ayotteprotectingterrorists.jpg
We’ve waited for 10 years to see these people subjected to a trial in our nation’s system of justice. Why is Kelly Ayotte trying to stop the trials of suspected terrorists? Does she believe in the American system of justice or doesn’t she?

Obama Doesn’t Want Democrats To See Him Signing More Free Trade Deals Today
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/obamatall.jpg
Why doesn’t Obama want Democratic voters to pay attention to his approval of the free trade deals today? Democratic voters overwhelmingly oppose free trade deals like the ones that Obama is signing into law today. Most Democrats in Congress opposed the deals, too.

Are Restricted Travel Zones Within The USA A Good Idea?
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/newmexicodivided.jpg
We don’t have border checkpoints between U.S. states, certainly not between counties within a state in New Mexico. Such checkpoints would be necessary, however, to enforce the restrictions on movement contained in the Southern New Mexico Economic Development Act.

Ron Paul Didn’t Vote Against Big Government Regulations Yesterday! Libertarian Alert!
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/ronpaultoobusy.jpg
Libertarians may be disappointed to discover that, when he was given the chance to take concrete actions against the big government regulations that he claims to despise, Ron Paul did nothing. He didn’t even bother to show up for the vote.

The Real National Youth Justice Awareness Month
http://irregulartimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/murphychris.jpg
Representative Chris Murphy has promoted a resolution to promote National Youth Justice Awareness Month. Would it be too much to expect Murphy to introduce a congressional resolution of support for the occupation protests – the popular youth justice movement active on America’s streets?

Free trade has helped corporations make huge profits, but those profits have not been beneficial to the American people at large. Free Trade has wrecked our nation’s manufacturing economy and eliminated jobs. So, why is Congress passing more Free Trade legislation?
