Halloween T-Shirts, Bumper Stickers, Pinback Buttons, Yard Signs and more with messages for Obama, against McCain and in desperate hope of peace in 2008 Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slipping into the future. Two events fast approach: on October 31 comes Halloween, with witches a-flying, pumpkins a-posing and little kids dressing up as monsters to collect candy. Just four days later, on November 4, comes Election Day, with witch-hunters and off-color gourds and politicians dressing as terrorist hunters in the background. When they're so close together, why not combine the two? That's just what we've done with this collection of political memorabilia taking a halloween theme. Pumpkins for peace, Jack O'Lanterns for Obama-Biden, Ghosts who say Boo to John McCain and declarations of warning against the Wasilla Witch all come together here in a joint celebration of the trick-or-treating fun of All Hallows Eve and the political engagement involved in voting. As you and I know, politics can be intimidating to a lot of people; the inclusion of a Halloween theme leavens the subject and may make people a bit more open to receiving a message. We bring together these designs by Irregular Times from different online shops, since different production teams make different products. Bumper stickers, lawn signs and banners are made available by CafePress; our sweatshop-free t-shirts are made right here in the USA by American Apparel and Skreened; buttons, magnets and lapel stickers are manufactured and shipped directly by us. |
