In case you haven’t heard, a big protest march in Washington DC is being planned for October 26, 2013. The demand: for the U.S. government to stop its massive warrantless surveillance programs that spy on the activities of hundreds of millions of innocent, law-abiding people.
… then why is it asking major Internet service providers to turn over users’ account passwords for government use?
As it currently stands, in free Western countries (sorry, Australia) the Internet works on the basis of Net Neutrality: no matter the source, the content or the destination of information on the Internet, it is delivered at the same speed, without discrimination. Differences in connection
