In this Year of Obama, Congressman Michael Arcuri should have been a shoe-in for re-election. Instead, with 44 percent of precincts reporting, it’s 50.5 percent for Richard Hanna, the Republican challenger, and 49.5 percent for incumbent Arcuri.
