Yesterday, U.S. Representatives Donna Edwards and Eddie Bernice Johnson submitted H.R. 2617, a bill that would, if passed into law, create a new National Historical Park – on the Moon. It would be called the Apollo Lunar Landing Sites National Historical Park.
